One of the leading banks in Australia were seeking an opportunity to enhance their technology stack by developing an Audience Reporting Strategy; leveraging the new ecosystem, cross-analysing customer products for insights, and enabling this bank to deliver better customer experiences at scale.

I worked closely with E&T, ED&A, Marketing Strategy and other internal stakeholder groups to define three Audience Reporting categories: Audience Performance, Audience Composition and Audience Journey. These three categories we're visualised and implemented into PowerBI dashboards.
