Law practices today are relying on technological upgrades to track case progression, empower clients with knowledge and improve the delivery of exceptional service. As a prestigious firm in the Aussie legal service industry, Slater & Gordon we're looking to deliver an IT vision that will “Provide an accessible, secure, and modern technology ecosystem to enable our people to deliver justice for all Australians".

Through service design blueprints and a strategic roadmap, our team was able to deliver actionable recommendations that will streamline the Legal Practice Management System (LPS) into a smoother and more efficient process for Slater & Gordon and their clients.

Our key objectives include:

  • Detailed Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of existing workflows, systems, and technology infrastructure.  
  • Optimisation Opportunities: Identify critical areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Transformative Recommendations: Develop strategic recommendations for upgrading or replacing the Legal Practice Management System (LPS) to meet future needs.
  • Seamless Interactions: Design intuitive systems and tools to foster frictionless interactions.
