Service Blueprint & Data Visualisation Reports

Bluescope were looking to uplift and extend reporting across a range of departments within the company. Each department had their own unique needs, opportunities and end users which required the project to be broken into phases.

By taking each department's stakeholders through the discovery and co-design journey we were able to rapidly prototype user-friendly and cross-functioning dashboards that were implemented into PowerBI.

Movementor: Encouraging users to be active through a Digital Assistant App

MoveMentor is a conversation agent app that uses machine learning and nudge engine technology in order to encourage users to be more active. Our client were university academics who wanted to create a product that benefits from this technology while contributing to their data research habit-changing health behaviours among average Australians.

Through discovering user archetypes, conversation design workshops, rapidly prototyping an app with focus groups, and working closely with developers and stakeholders; I designed an app that successfully produces the data needed by the client.

Service design and roadmap for a legal practice management system

Slater & Gordon were looking to discover and implement a suitable alternative for their current Legal Practice Management System.

Through interviewing internal stakeholders, understanding what process is used, and establishing touch points with clients; I could diagram the end-to-end process and visualise the employee/customer pain points. Then I was able to uncover key areas of optimisation and create a target state.

Audience Reporting strategy for Use cases & banking products

One of the leading banks of Australia were seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) SaaS Solution that will consolidate and communicate customer data from multiple channels, with an additional focus on a customer's journey through the home loan sales funnel.

I worked closely with stakeholder groups from each channel and product offering and discovered several Audience Reporting categories. Through holistic collaboration I successfully designed these reports that were implemented into PowerBI.

Park'npay smarking parking system for Android Auto

I gotta say, this was a pretty cool opportunity for me to learn how to design an in-car app.

This Park'nPay is a car and mobile app that gives road users information about available parking and allows them to pay for parking quickly and easily.

The system was currently available for Apple CarPlay and tested on selected locations in Sydney. I was asked to adapt the app for Android Auto while designing features the client wants to be considered in future development.

proposal for a QR Code payment initiative

My team and I were looking to take advantage of the rising interest in QR code payment trends happening in countries such as China and Argentina.

For this proposal I researched the difference between a static and dynamic QR code, the payment workflow, and used use case stories to communicate how this will benefit merchants and their customers.

I also designed a wireframe and prototype of the QR Code payment process to communicate how users will interact with the feature.

UI Optimisation initiatives to improve mobile conversion rates

RedBalloon were looking to solve a number of design initiatives that will improve the user experience and increase product sales.

The design uplift focused on search enhancements, product listings and product display page and improving the checkout process.

Majority of the initiatives were addressing mobile app features with a stern consideration of how implemented changes will affect the desktop website.

Visualising and comparing data for australia's most innovative companies

Each year the Australian Financial Review recognises Australia's most innovative companies through a contest. Each entry was given a score based on their degree of innovative, their company practice, impact, solution, etc.

I was asked to design a dashboard report that's a personalised experience for each entrant. The dashboard shows their total score while comparing it to industry, company sizes and trends, and serves as an information hub that provides users resources on how to improve their innovation.

service design blueprinting and value chain for improving operations

With a number of product initiatives in-scope, Barwon Water were looking to use a service design blueprint process to review the current operations of their Sustainability & Healthy Country Department.

Through mapping insights from each department, I was able to create a forum that fostered alignment on team roles and discuss strategy on how we can improve practices in the organisation.

I was also asked to design a customisable value chain map that communicates the current process of delivering water products to customers while speculating how in-scope water initiatives will reduce the waste of water.
