A global leader in manufacturing and supplying steel for building and construction industries, Bluescope were looking to uplift and extend reporting across three departments, ensuring the end user can capture valuable insights and make proactive decisions. I worked together with Bluescope to help define and build a reporting dashboard solution that will enable better insights.
The departments we engaged with were Social Impact & Inclusion, Ethics & Compliance, and Learning Experience. Since each department had their own needs, goals, pain points, stakeholders and end users; the project was broken up into three phases. Based on each department's needs I used rapid prototyping and a cross-functional team format to create usable and feasible dashboards that were implemented into PowerBI.
